A new day...

Life, it sure is not easy. There will be constantly testing times that we face. Oftentimes resilience requires hope, and the ability to foresee the positives that life has in front of us. Let's get something straight - life is meant to be enjoyed. We are made to live on this earth and capitalize on every opportunity that is put in front of us in order to be the best version of our self. When you lose sight of this, you lose sight of yourself, believe me.
My goal for you is to awaken the inner soul and transform it into a positive being that believes life can be dominated. Dominated however you'd for it to be dominated. There are a few ways that this can be achieved - especially while starting each day with a fresh slate. For some, this is a tall task - and if you even find yourself someone who can achieve this easily I urge you to read through the following tips on starting your day anew. It may require asking yourself a few questions that will require some search into your inner happy.
Upon waking up...
1. Think of 3 things that you are grateful for.
This can range from your ability to breath in the fresh air everyday, to having the family and support system you currently have in life.
2. Meditate, and set intention.
An overused term in some cases, but I mean it. Finding your zone for the day starts with moment by moment. It starts with seeing the present so that the future may surprise you. Falling victim to the false sense of being able to shape your future creates anxiety. Rid of that first thing in the morning. Personally I am a huge fan of "Insight Timer". There are multiple guided practices ranging from 3 minutes to 20 minutes. Each one allows you to focus on the present. These 10 minutes will shape your day. I promise.
3. Plan for one thing that day that allows you, to be you...
Part of starting anew requires making yourself happy. Yes, pleasing others may run deep in your veins as a way to live your life especially as your responsibilities grow, but an important facet to shaping your new resilient life is to do things for you. Growing yourself as an individual and making yourself happy results in happiness for others. Go do something today for you, and only you.
I believe that starting your day each and every day as a new day and allowing yourself to feel a fresh slate, with no harboring judgements from days prior will slowly shape you into your best self. Life is may seem like a long journey, but it is integral for your happiness to start living now, and beginning to see the good around you.
Believe in your ability to strive - for without your hope there is no true reason for others to have hope in you. Let your inner self shine through.
